KẾT LUẬN
Với thời gian thực tập vừa qua, sau khi tiếp xúc và tìm hiểu thực tế, cá nhân tôi xin đưa ra một số đề xuất và kiến nghị như sau:
3.1. Đối với công ty tiếp nhận thực tập.
Công ty Du lịch Cửu Long đã tạo điều kiện giúp đỡ mở rộng tiếp nhận sinh viên thực tập. Trong quá trình thực tập công ty và bộ phận có tinh thần giúp đỡ chỉ bảo cho sinh viên, hướng dẫn sinh viên làm quen với công việc. Tuy nhiên, tôi có một số ý kiến xin đưa ra với công ty như sau:
- Công ty tạo điều kiện giúp đỡ sinh viên thực tập thực tế hơn nữa, giao cho sinh viên nhiều việc có liên quan cụ thể đến ngành nghề hơn.
- Công ty và các cán bộ nhân viên hướng dẫn sinh viên cụ thể hơn. Vì khi mới bước vào công ty sinh viên hầu như rất lạ lẫm chưa hiểu và biết việc cần phải làm, do vậy bước đi đầu tiên rất cần có sự dìu dắt.
- Chính vì tâm lý lạ lẫm, ngại ngùng, bỡ ngỡ khi mới vào công ty nên sinh viên rất mong nhận được sự động viên khích lệ và thái độ nhiệt tình, ân cần của các cán bộ, nhân viên trong công ty.
