- Căn cứ Điều 18 Chương IV Điều lệ

- Căn cứ Điều 18 Chương IV Điều lệ Hội Liên hiệp Thanh niên Việt Nam và Hướng dẫn của Uỷ Ban trung ương Hội về công tác tổ chức;
- Căn cứ Chương trình công tác Hội và phong trào thanh niên Thành phố năm 2012 với yêu cầu đẩy mạnh công tác tập hợp thanh niên trong tình hình mới;
- Xét đề nghị của Văn phòng Hội liên hiệp Thanh niên Việt Nam Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh ;

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1: Thành lập Câu lạc bộ Hội Tình nguyện Chung tay vì cộng đồng trực thuộc Hội liên hiệp Thanh niên Việt Nam Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và ban hành quy chế hoạt động của Ban Chủ nhiệm Hội Tình nguyện Chung tay vì cộng đồng giai đoạn lâm thời (Quy chế tổ chức và hoạt động đính kèm).

Điều 2 : Chỉ định Ban Chủ nhiệm Câu lạc bộ Hội Tình nguyện Chung tay vì cộng đồng giai đoạn lâm thời gồm 09 anh, chị sau :
1. Anh Nguyễn Tiến Danh - Chủ nhiệm
2. Anh Nguyễn Hải Đăng - Phó Chủ nhiệm
3. Chị Phạm Thị Tâm - Thủ quỹ hội
4. Chị Nguyễn Lê Bảo Ngọc - Thư ký hội
5. Anh Nguyễn Tiến Hường - Thành viên ban chủ nhiệm – Lâm Nghiệp
6. Anh Tạ Quang Hiếu - Thành viên ban chủ nhiệm – Thái Nguyên
7. Anh Ngô Hoàng Anh - Thành viên ban chủ nhiệm – Hà Nội
8. Anh Trang Lê Trung Kiên - Thành viên ban chủ nhiệm – Tây Ninh
9. Anh Đinh Hoàng Quân - Thành viên ban chủ nhiệm – Tiền Giang

Điều 3 : Ban Chủ nhiệm lâm thời Câu lạc bộ Hội Tình nguyện Chung tay vì cộng đồng có trách nhiệm xây dựng và tổ chức các hoạt động theo quy chế đã được ban hành, theo định hướng của Ban Thư ký Hội LHTN Việt Nam Thành phố. Trong thời gian 6 tháng kể từ ngày thành lập, Ban Chủ nhiệm lâm thời tổ chức Đại hội Hội và hiệp thương Ban Chủ nhiệm Cậu lạc bộ nhiệm kỳ I.

Điều 4: Văn phòng Hội liên hiệp Thanh niên Việt Nam Thành phố, Câu lạc bộ Hội Tình nguyện Chung tay vì cộng đồng và các anh, chị có tên trên chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

Article 3: Interim Management Board of the Association of Volunteer Club Together for the community responsible for formulating and organizing activities under the statute was enacted , driven by the Secretariat Vietnam Youth Union City. Within 6 months from the date of establishment, the interim management committee held consultations Association Congress and the club management committee tenure I.

Article 4: Office of Youth Union City Vietnam, Fishing Volunteer Association club Together for the community and the brother, sister named above are responsible for implementing this Decision.
