Some models are best known include Harvard model. Harvard model is considered a landmark in the process of forming the concept of human resource policy. It proposes four policy alternatives: (1) the impact on human resources, (2) flow of human resources, (3) the system of rewards / penalties, and (4) the system work. Harvard model requires the involvement of all stakeholders-those who have interests related to the implementation process and the results of the personnel policy. However, it is not highlighting the process of developing and implementing policies for HRM.
