1. Đối với các lô hàng đạt chất lượng:
- Bên Mua thanh toán 100% (Một trăm phần trăm) tổng giá trị của từng Đơn đặt hàng trong vòng 60 ngày làm việc sau khi Bên Mua nhận hàng của Bên Bán. Đồng thời, Bên Mua nhận đầy đủ bộ chứng từ thanh toán gồm:
 Biên bản giao nhận hàng hóa do hai bên ký hoặc Phiếu xuất kho của Bên Bán có xác nhận của Bên Mua và Bên Bán về việc giao nhân hàng hóa ( 01 bản gốc )
 Phiếu cân xe kiểm tra số lượng hàng hóa tại Bên Mua ( 01 bản gốc)
 Giấy chứng nhận phân tích (C/A) cho từng lô hàng theo Đơn đặt hàng (1 bản sao)
 Hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng (01 bản gốc).
