- Được quyền đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng khi Bên B không đáp ứng yêu cầu số lượng thiết bị, tiến độ, chất lượng và An toàn lao động gây thiệt hại cho Bên A hoặc Chủ đầu tư.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract when the Parties B does not meet the required number of equipment, schedule, quality and safety damage for A Party or owner.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- To be entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract if Party B does not meet the required number of equipment, schedule, quality and labor safety, causing damage to Party A or Investor.
