Nguyên nhân: Khi thực hiện xuất script để cắt chuyển thuê bao từ OCS ZTE sang vOCS, Script xuất dữ liệu cắt chuyển của P.OCS - VTNet bị lệch 1 tài khoản khi cắt chuyển (Người viết script TK32 xuất dữ liệu lặp) dẫn đến các TK32 đến TK46 sẽ import thành TK33 đến TK47.
Giải pháp: đội dự án đã phối hợp với VTNet khắc phục ngay trong đêm 13/05.
