bên B có quyền tạm dừng công việc của hợp đồng nếu Bên A chậm thanh toán cho Bên B quá 15 ngày kể từ ngày hết hạn thanh toán theo quy định tại điều 6, với điều kiện Bên b đã hoàn thành đúng và đầy đủ các trách nhiệm theo quy định của hợp đồng, Bên B có thể thông báo trước 7 ngày sẽ tạm dừng công việc cho Bên A ( hoặc giảm tỉ lệ công việc) cho đến khi Bên B được thanh toán theo điều khoản của hợp đồng
