Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp Đồng, nếu một Bên vi phạm nghiêm trọng các nghĩa vụ của mình, Bên còn lại ngay lập tức có quyền ra thông báo yêu cầu sửa chữa, khắc phục vi phạm.

In the process of implementing the Agreement, if a party seriously violated their obligations, Parties also have the right to immediately issue a notice requesting repairs and remedy violations.
