According to me, one of the best ways to stay health, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with meals, and drink a lot of water.I usually sleep 7 hours and don't stay up late. Besides, to reduce the problem of stress and get my energy back, I often come back to my country to relax and breath fresh air. It's not so far, only 30 km away. I really feel comfortable there.
