- Trong quá trình thực hiện Phụ lục Hợp đồng, nếu có vấn đề phát sinh, hai bên sẽ cùng thảo luận cách giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác, đôi bên cùng có lợi. Nếu thương lượng không làm thỏa mãn các bên, tranh chấp xảy ra sẽ do Tòa án nhân dân có thẩm quyền tại thành phố Đà Nẵng giải quyết.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
