Kiến nghị Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố trong việc thành lập, sáp nhập, chia tách hoặc giải thể các Hội, tổ chức thành viên của Liên hiệp, các đơn vị trực thuộc Liên hiệp các tổ chức Hữu nghị theo yêu cầu nhiệm vụ từng thời kỳ; Kiểm tra, giám sát, kiến nghị cấp có thẩm quyền trong việc điều phối viện trợ phi Chính phủ nước ngoài, xử lý vi phạm của các tổ chức phi Chính phủ nước ngoài theo qui định pháp luật;
