sau khi nhận phản hồi từ IQC, chúng tôi đã kiểm lại lại tình trạng 5s và các nguyên nhân gây ra lỗi,tất cả đều ok,nguyên nhân có thể do rivet rơi ra sàn & khi để hộp lên sàn rivet đã bị dính vào đáy thùng và sau khi đặt thùng đó lên thùng khác rivet rơi vào trong sản phẩm ok

After receiving feedback from the IQC, we were checked again and the 5s State the cause of the error, all are ok, the cause may be due to rivet & floor falls out when to box up the floor rivet has been sticking to the bottom of the barrel and after putting the barrel it up another barrel rivet falls into the product ok
