Trên cơ sở hai Bên đồng ý với danh sách hạng mục cần bổ sung, Bên Tư Vấn tiến hành triển khai các hạng mục còn thiếu. Dịch Vụ coi như hoàn thành và được Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt sau khi Bên Tư Vấn hoàn tất các hạng mục này.
