Kể từ thời điểm hai bên ký biên bản bàn giao căn hộ, Bên Mua được toàn quyền sử dụng căn hộ và chịu mọi trách nhiệm có liên quan đến căn hộ, kể cả trường hợp Bên Mua có sử dụng hay chưa sử dụng căn hộ này.
