Đối với hoạt động nhằm phục vụ nhu cầu của Khách du lịch: Phòng kinh doanh sẽ là đơn vị đầu mối tiếp nhận thông tin về nhu cầu của Khách hàng. Sau khi tổng hợp thông tin về lịch đặt xe và số lượng xe, Phòng kinh doanh sẽ phối hợp với phòng điều hành để xếp lịch trình xe và thông tin lại cho Khách hàng. Phòng kế toán sẽ đảm nhận nhiệm vụ thông báo phí và xuất hóa đơn cho Khách hàng khi kết thúc lịch trình
