Trong các trường hợp nêu trên, chủ sở hữu mới của Nhà ở hoặc người nhận chuyển nhượng đều được hưởng quyền lợi và phải thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của Bên Mua quy định trong Hợp đồng này và trong Nội quy Khu Nhà ở.
