Bao gồm:

a. Chi phí vận chuyển container hàng từ cảng Cát Lái về cảng Cái Cui và bằng đường bộ từ cảng Cái Cui về Nhà Máy.

b. Chi phí vận chuyển container rỗng từ nhà máy về cảng Cái Cui bằng đường bộ và từ cảng Cái Cui về cảng Cát Lái bằng đường thuỷ.

c. Chi phí xếp dỡ containr hàng/rỗng tại 2 đầu bến cảng cảng Cát Lái và cảng Cái Cui, chi phí nâng hạ container hàng/rỗng tại cảng Cái Cui, chi phí trucking từ cảng Cái Cui về nhà máy và ngược lại.

d. Chi phí xếp dỡ tại cảng Cát Lái ở mức 1.

3. Chưa bao gồm:

a. Thuế VAT – 10%

b. Chi phí làm thủ tục hải quan hàng hập khẩu tại cảng Cát Lái.

c. Các chi phí phát sinh khác.

4. Những cam kết khác:

a. Năng suất rút hàng tại kho tối thiểu: 6x40’/ngày ( tức 1.5 h/cont 40’).

b. Nếu dưới mức qui định năng suất nêu trên dẫn đến lưu mooc và đầu kéo, chi phí phát sinh 2 triệu đồng/ngày.

Cost of unloading at Cat Lai port at 1. 3. Not included: a. VAT - 10% b. Cost of customs procedures at border hập Cat Lai port. c. The other costs incurred. 4. Other commitments: a.
