- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng dự án, đặc biệt là các dự án ODA về giáo dục;
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án và hiểu biết về hệ thống M&E; Đã tham gia các khoá đào tạo quốc tế về lập kế hoạch và quản lý dự án, M&E
- Có hiểu biết chuyên sâu về lĩnh vực đào tạo và bồi dưỡng giáo viên, CBQLGD;
- Có kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và làm việc theo nhóm hiệu quả
- Có kỹ năng xuất sắc trong phân tích dữ liệu và viết báo cáo
- Có kỹ năng máy tính tốt
- Năng lực sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt
