 Lương cơ bản: Là mức lương được ghi trong quyết định bổ nhiệm hoặc trong hợp đồng lao động và làm cơ sở lập tính các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, tính lương ngừng việc, nghỉ chế độ có hưởng lương, chế độ nghỉ phép và các khoản phụ cấp, trợ cấp có liên quan đến người lao động. Lương cơ bản được tính dựa trên hệ số lương cơ bản nhân với mức lương cơ bản theo qui định của công ty và đảm bảo không thấp hơn mức lương tối thiểu do Pháp luật quy định theo mỗi vùng, miền và áp dụng được thống nhất trong toàn công ty.
