Theo cơ cấu tổ chức hiện tại, Thuduc House chỉ mới thành lập văn phòng Hội Đồng Quản trị thực hiện nhiệm vụ giúp việc cho Hội Đồng Quản trị (chưa thành lập các tiểu ban trực thuộc HĐQT). Văn phòng Hội Đồng Quản trị đã theo dõi và tổ chức, lập biên bản các cuộc họp của Hội đồng quản trị, Ban kiểm soát và Đại hội đồng cổ đông. Cung cấp các thông tin tài chính, bản sao biên bản họp Hội đồng quản trị và các thông tin khác cho thành viên của Hội đồng quản trị và Ban kiểm soát theo đúng quy định.

Under the current organization structure, Thuduc House only recently established the Office of the Board of the Mission for the Board (not yet established the Subcommittee directly under the BOM). The Office of the Board has monitored and organized, making the minutes of the meetings of the Management Board, supervisory board and the General Assembly of shareholders. Providing financial information, copies of Board meeting minutes and other information for members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in accordance with the regulations.
