Gần đây, phòng xã hội chúng tôi nhận thấy do thiếu thông tin đầy đủ và đúng đắn về pre-commissioning và commissioning đang làm phát sinh một số tin đồn về nguy cơ cháy nổ và các rủi ro khác tại công trường dự án lọc hóa dầu NS gây hoang mang cho nhân viên đang làm việc tại dự án và đặc biệt là tác động xấu đến người dân địa phương xung quanh nhà máy. Hôm nay, chúng tôi muốn chia sẻ với các bạn về những hoạt động của giai đoạn chuẩn bị vận hành thử Dự Án Lọc Hóa Dầu NS như sau:
1. Dự án vận chuyển dầu DIESEL để chạy kiểm tra các máy phát điện và nồi hơi bằng các xe bồn qua quốc lộ 1A, đường 513 và cổng 2 với số lượng là 27 xe mỗi ngày. 3. Việc vệ sinh và kiểm tra đường ống và các thiết bị tại một số khu vực bằng hơi nước ở áp suất cao nên khi nhìn từ xa chúng ta có thể sẽ nhìn thấy khói nhưng khói này chính là hơi nước tự nhiên và thân thiện với môi trường và xin đừng hiểu nhầm là khói của một vụ hỏa hoạn nào đó.
4. Vào ban đêm chúng ta sẽ nhìn thấy đèn sáng ở một số khu vực trong nhà máy và hàng rào dự án vì gần đây các hoạt động của nhà máy được diễn ra liên tục chứ không phải vì một sự cố nào đâu.

Trên đây là những thông tin chính thống mà chúng tôi muốn chia sẻ giúp các bạn hiểu đúng về các hoạt động của nhà máy trong giai đoạn này. Và mỗi nhận viên JGCS chúng ta – đặc biệt là những nhân viên sống tại các khu vực xung quanh nhà máy – phải có trách nhiệm tuyên truyền, giải thích với cộng đồng địa phương nhằm giảm thiểu việc hiểu sai lệch vấn đề và hoang mang do các tin đồn thất thiệt.
