The subject "assessment of customer satisfaction when shopping at the supermarket Metro Rabbit" was performed from November 8 to December 2014, 2015The study aims to provide the necessary information about the satisfaction of customers look to Metro supermarket Tho and the factors that affect their satisfaction level, contributes to making decisions about Marketing as well as strategic in the coming time for the administrator. Topical reviews customer satisfaction is affected by six factors: (1) goods; (2) employees; (3) how to display; (4) The convenience; (5) the level of safety; (6) customer service. Its subject is handled through the software SPSS 16.0 with sample size of 300 and the methods used in the subject include: descriptive statistics, testing the reliability of the scale by the coefficient Alpha Cronbach's, explore factors analysis (EFA) and Binary Logistic regression analysis. Research results from Binary Logistic model shows that customer satisfaction is influenced by two main groups. The variable group in the Metro supermarket is two variables exhibited and the customer care group, belongs to the client that is the average personal income monthly.
