Ngoại trừ các tình huống phát sinh như quy định tại mục 6.6, hoặc quyết định từ bỏ, hoặc quyết định tạm ngưng, hoặc trường hợp khởi động lại các Dịch Vụ, hoặc trường hợp chấm dứt Hợp Đồng này theo như quy định tại điểm (ii) khoản (a) mục 6.7, tất cả các hạng mục công việc hoặc chi phí Bên Tư Vấn thực hiện ngoài các Dịch Vụ Thông Thường và Dịch Vụ Bổ Sung sẽ được xem như là các Dịch Vụ Ngoại Lệ

Except for the situations arise as specified in section 6.6, or decided to leave, decisions to suspend, or restart the service, or terminate this Contract in accordance with the provisions in point (ii) of paragraph (a) of section 6.7, all categories of work or cost Side advice in addition to the Regular Services and additional services will be viewed as the service Exceptions

Except for situations arising as defined in Section 6.6, or decided to give up, or moratorium, or cases restart the Service, or the event of termination of this Agreement as specified in point (ii) paragraph (a) Section 6.7, all items of work or cost Party Counselling Services performed outside the Regular and Additional Services will be viewed as the Exceptional Service
