2.3. Khảo sát và đánh giá môi trường nền
2.3.1. Thu thập, đo đạc và phân tích các thông số môi trường nền
Các thông số môi trường nền là các số liệu, thông tin về các thành phần môi trường
hoá lý, sinh thái, kinh tế, văn hoá, xã hội.
Các lưu ý khi thu thập thông số môi trường nền:
- Khảo sát, thu thập, đo đạc, điều tra các số liệu về môi trường và tài nguyên
thiên nhiên ở khu vực có liên quan hoặc chịu ảnh hưởng trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp
đến dự án;
- Phương pháp lấy mẫu và phân tích tuân thủ TCVN về môi trường hiện hành;
- Các máy móc, thiết bị đo lường ngoài thực địa và trong phong thí nghiệm cần
được chuẩn hóa;
- Có thể kế thừa các số liệu quan trắc định kỳ của trạm quan trắc địa phương,
vùng, quốc gia nếu dự án nằm ở địa điểm tương thích.
