Tôi có khả năng tiếp thu và họ

Tôi có khả năng tiếp thu và học hỏi rất nhanh các kỹ thuật và dễ dàng thích ứng với môi trường xung qunah.

Tôi có thể sắp xếp dự án theo một trật tự và quy trình ngăn nắp, vì thế có thể tránh được các rủi ro hay lỗi không mong muốn cho dự án.

Thời kì khó khăn của tôi là khi một lúc có 10 dự án phải thực hiện, mà đội của tôi chỉ có 4 thành viên bao gồm cả tôi. Đó là thời gian rất khó khăn để hoàn thành , rất may mắn là với nổ lực của cả đội , chúng tôi đã vượt qua. Tôi đã phải thương lượng với cấp trên về vấn đề thời gian và làm việc thêm ngoài giờ.

Tôi rất kỹ lưỡng, làm việc chuyên nghiệp và bài bản.

Tôi thúc đẩy tính tự giác trong các thành viên, giao trách nhiệm cho thành viên kỳ cựu, và huấn luyện thành viên chưa có kinh nghiệm và có ít kinh nghiệm.

Khó khăn trong quản lý: quản lý nguồn nhân lực hiệu quả và quản lý thời gian cho dự án.
Phân phát các công việc và xác định thời gian, và chia nhỏ thời gian để thực hiện.

Tôi muốn có một bước tiến xa cho nghề nghiệp và tương lai.

I have the ability to absorb and learn very fast and easy techniques to adapt to the environment qunah.I can arrange the project under an orderly and tidy process, thus can avoid the risks or unexpected for the project.The difficult period is when a project at 10 is made, which my team has only 4 members including me. It is a very difficult time to completion, very fortunate that with the effort of the whole team, we were surpassed.
