- Nghiên cứu phương pháp đánh giá sự cần thiết phải bổ sung các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao độ linh hoạt của hệ thống điện; thực hiện nghiên cứu để kiểm tra, đánh giá chi phí và lợi ích trong hệ thống điện trong trường hợp các nguồn điện sử dụng năng lượng tái tạo chiếm tỷ lệ cao.
10. Các Bộ, ngành, địa phương, doanh nghiệp, tổ chức và cá nhân liên quan theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ tổ chức và thực hiện tốt nội dung quy định tại Quyết định này.
Điều 2. Hiệu lực thi hành
1. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký ban hành.
2. Các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang Bộ, Thủ trưởng cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương và các đơn vị, cá nhân liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này
