Tôi đã từng học một khóa tin học tại trung tâm của bạn. khi tôi tới đăng ký học thì được nhân viên trung tâm giới thiệu ở đây học chất lượng, đậu trăm phần trăm,máy móc thiết bị hiện đại và giáo viên thì nhiệt tình,dạy dễ hiểu chỉ dạy cho học viên….
Thực tế,tôi đến học thì không như những gì mà trung tâm đã giới thiệu. Chẳng hạn như màn hình máy tính thì bị mờ không nhìn thấy rõ,bàn phím thì gõ chậm,máy tính vào mạng thì rất lâu và giáo viên thì giảng bài nhanh,khó hiểu…Tôi cảm thấy hụt hẫng khi học ở đây.Tôi làm đơn này,xin đưa ra những nhận xét về trung tâm.Tôi mong trung tâm cải thiện về chất lượng dạy học giống như những gì mà trung tâm giới thiệu để trung tâm ngày càng phát triển và uy tín hơn.
