6. Tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật về công nghệ thông tin, viễn thông và các quy định kỹ thuật, nghiệp vụ, bảo mật thông tin do cơ quan có thẩm quyền ban hành.
7. Lưu giữ kết quả của các lần nhận, truyền dữ liệu điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội; lưu giữ hồ sơ bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử trong thời gian giao dịch chưa hoàn thành.
8. Lưu trữ nhật ký giao dịch điện tử trên hệ thống trao đổi dữ liệu điện tử theo đúng quy định tại Điểm c Khoản 4 Điều 6 của Quyết định này.
9. Thông báo qua địa chỉ thư điện tử cho người sử dụng lao động và Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam trước 10 ngày khi dừng hệ thống trao đổi dữ liệu điện tử để bảo trì và có biện pháp xử lý để bảo đảm quyền lợi của các bên có liên quan.
10. Cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin, dữ liệu và thực hiện chế độ báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất về hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ I-VAN theo yêu cầu của Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam.
11. Thường xuyên cập nhật các quy định mới của Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam về các mẫu, khuôn dạng chuẩn liên quan đến giao dịch điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội.
12. Phối hợp với Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam thực hiện hỗ trợ người sử dụng lao động để sử dụng dịch vụ và thực hiện giao dịch điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội.
