ĐIỀU 2. CHẤT LƯỢNG VÀ CÁC YÊU CẦU KỸ THUẬT:
1. Bên B chịu trách nhiệm các công việc về kỹ thuật và chất lượng toàn bộ công trình, đảm bảo thi công đúng tiến độ, đúng quy trình, quy phạm, yêu cầu kỹ thuật, mỹ thuật và theo các quy định hiện hành của nhà nước.
2. Bên B chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp vật tư đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cho công trình và đúng chất lượng bên A phê duyệt theo báo giá và các yêu cầu kỹ thuật của công trình
