Thời gian qua nhiều chủ hộ đề nghị BQLTN thêm dịch vụ phụ trội để hỗ trợ Cư dân trong công tác quản lý căn hộ, giới thiệu mua bán, cho thuê căn hộ, thu hộ các phí dịch vụ như tiền điện, Internet, truyền hình, điện thoại,v.v. Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu thiết yếu của Quý Cư dân và sau khi sắp xếp nhân sự, BQLTN chính thức thông báo đến Cư dân dịch vụ phụ trội này được áp dụng kế từ ngày 15/06/2016. Quý Cư dân có nhu cầu, xin hãy thông tin đến VpQL qua email: [e-mail] điện thoại: [phone] – 02 hoặc để lại thông tin tại quầy Lễ Tân, VpQL sẽ liên lạc trong giờ làm việc.
Xin lưu ý doanh thu sẽ được chia và phân bổ vào quỹ quản lý của BQLTN góp phần vào chi phí vận hành tòa nhà cho Quý Cư dân.
