Căn cứ vào yêu cầu của công việc, của vị trí, căn cứ vào kết quả nghiên cứu hồ sơ,
vào những điểm lƣu ý của mỗi ứng viên để tiến hành chuẩn bị các câu hỏi phỏng vấn
cho các ứng viên hoặc mỗi ứng viên cụ thể.
Thông qua quá trình phỏng vấn này, nhà tuyển dụng sẽ đánh giá đƣợc tổng quát về
các yếu tố nhƣ hoàn cảnh, tính tình, quan niệm sống, sự năng động và bén nhạy, ý chí
phấn đấu trong quá trình làm việc, khả năng làm việc trong điều kiện áp lực công việc
cao của từng ứng viên.
Sau khi phỏng vấn, chuyên viên tuyển dụng, đào tạo sẽ đánh giá từng ứng viên dựa
trên những tiêu chí đã đƣợc duyệt qua trƣớc đó để chọn ra những ứng viên phù hợp
nhất và làm cơ sở cho quá trình phỏng sâu. Phòng Hành chính – nhân sự sẽ thông báo
cho các ứng viên biết có trúng tuyển hay không và nếu trúng tuyển, phòng Hành chính
– nhân sự sẽ thông báo ngày giờ phỏng vấn lần hai cho ứng viên.
