- Sau khi kế toán nhận phiếu từ bộ phận kho:
- Phân loại theo kho: Sắp xếp phiếu xuất kho theo từng kho để dễ quản lý, kiểm tra. Bao gồm: kho nguyên liệu, kho phụ liệu, kho bao bì.
- Phân loại theo từng tháng hoặc quý: Thường thì kho nguyên liệu và phụ liệu sẽ phân theo từng tháng, còn kho bao bì sẽ phân theo từng quý.
- Sắp xếp theo số phiếu nhập: xếp theo thứ tự lớn đến nhỏ.
- Thống kê và ghi chú lại những số phiếu còn thiếu để kế toán có thể yêu cầu kho cung cấp đầy đủ.
- Đóng vào từng bìa theo từng kho và theo từng tháng, quý để dễ trong việc quản lý và kiểm tra.
