Article 9: FORCE MAJEURE CASES.-Unforeseen events are events that happen brings objectivity and is beyond the control of the parties as an earthquake, hurricane, flood, Tornado, flood, tsunami, landslides; the fires; war or danger of war, ... and other disasters haven't anticipated the end, policy change or prohibit the competent authorities of Vietnam ... -The one side does not fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events shall not be the basis for the other party to terminate the contract. However the party affected by force majeure events are supposed to:• Conduct measures to prevent rational and necessary alternative measures to minimize the influence due to unforeseen events causing• Immediately notify the other party about unforeseen events occurring within 7 days right after the event-In case of unforeseen events, the duration of the contract will be extended by the duration of the event to which the affected Parties are not able to perform the obligations under her contract
