Cấu phần II: Chuẩn bị khái niệm của thiết kế khả thi cho Trung tâm điều hành giao thông đô thị , sẽ bao gồm:
(i) Chuẩn bị thiết kế các hệ thống quản lý và điều hành giao thông dự kiến sẽ tích hợp vào Trung tâm điều hành giao thông đô thị Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
(ii) Xem xét và phối hợp sự hỗ trợ cho các giải pháp cải tạo, nâng cấp, đầu tư mới các hệ thống quản lý và điều hành giao thông đô thị trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
(iii) Xem xét các giải pháp công nghệ thông tin, công nghệ điện tử, viễn thông phù hợp để áp dụng cho các hệ thống thành phần của Trung tâm điều hành giao thông đô thị Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh; khả năng giao tiếp giữa các hệ thống thành phần.
(iv) Phát triển một chương trình bao gồm các giải pháp công nghệ, giải pháp quản lý và điều hành giao thông đô thị được thử nghiệm hoặc được nhận chấp thuận đối với Trung tâm điều hành giao thông đô thị Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

(iii) review of information technology solutions, electronic technology, telecommunications suitable to apply to the component system of the Center urban transport operator Member Ho Chi Minh city; the ability to communicate between systems components.
(iv) Development of a program including technology solutions, management solutions and urban transport operators are testing or received approval for the Center urban transport operator Ho Chi Minh City.
