Ngân hàng chưa có chính sách quảng cáo hợp lý. Cho đến nay thì thẻ tín dụng quốc tế vẫn chưa được ngân hàng quảng cáo trên truyền hình hay các đơn vị chấp nhận thẻ chính vì vậy có khả năng khách hàng sẽ không biết nhiều về sản phẩm của ngân hàng, cần có biện pháp nâng cao hiệu quả của hoạt động này. Ngân hàng chưa tổ chức các buổi tiếp xúc với khách hàng để giải đáp các thắt mắc và thăm dò ý kiến về chất lượng của dịch vụ
