Các đơn vị trên sẽ phối hợp triển khai các nội dung về cải tiến, nâng cấp hệ thống lồng nuôi, quy trình công nghệ chế tạo hệ thống thiết bị nuôi cá lồng trên biển chịu được bão cấp 12; quy trình nuôi cá biển thương phẩm bằng lồng vùng biển mở và triển khai mô hình trang trại nuôi cá chim thương phẩm với quy mô dự kiến: 10 lồng, mỗi lồng có dung tích 1.200 m3, sản lượng đạt 240 tấn/1 chu kỳ 10 tháng.
