3.1. Thời hạn bảo hiểm
Từ ngày 14/07/2016 đến ngày 13/07/2017
Hiệu lực bảo hiểm sẽ tự động chấm dứt từ khi bên A không thanh toán phí bảo hiểm đầy đủ và đúng hạn (30 ngày kể từ ngày hiệu lực bảo hiểm)
3.2. Thời gian chờ :
1. Đối với thành viên cũ có tên trong hợp đồng bảo hiểm năm 2015 tham gia đủ từ 1 năm và vượt qua hết thời gian chờ: Miễn toàn bộ thời gian chờ, trong đó quyền lợi thai sản được bồi thường đầy đủ
2. Đối với nhân viên mới và nhân viên cũ nhưng tham gia chưa đủ 1 năm và chưa qua hết thời gian chờ: Tiếp tục thời gian chờ tính từ ngày tham gia
a. Thời gian chờ đối với điều trị bệnh thông thường,bệnh đặc biệt, bệnh mãn tính, bệnh có sẵn: Không áp dụng thời gian chờ
b. Thời gian chờ đối với sanh đẻ:Bồi thường theo tỉ lệ 270 ngày tính từ ngày tham gia
c. Thời gian chờ đối với chi phí điều trị thai sản, biến chứng thai sản: Bồi thường theo tỉ lệ 60 ngày tính từ ngày tham gia
d. Thời gian chờ đối với Tử vong /Tàn tật toàn bộ vĩnh viễn do bệnh thông thường : 30 ngày tính từ ngày tham gia
e. Thời gian chờ đối với Tử vong /Tàn tật toàn bộ vĩnh viễn do bệnh đặc biệt, bệnh mãn tính, bệnh có sẵn: 365 ngày tính từ ngày tham gia
f. Thời gian chờ đối với Tử vong /Tàn tật toàn bộ vĩnh viễn do thai sản: 270 ngày tính từ ngày tham gia
