Điều 1: Nội dung hợp tác:
1.1. Thời gian thực hiện chương trình nghiên cứu: từ tháng 3/2014 – tháng 3/2016. Đây cũng là thời hạn của Biên Bản ghi nhớ này.
1.2 Căn cứ nội dung kế hoạch cụ thể do Bên B đề xuất, Bên A sẽ hỗ trợ địa điểm, giới thiệu nhân sự,… để thực hiện nghiên cứu khảo sát tại một số điểm di tích Huế.
Trên cơ sở yêu cầu của Bên B và thỏa thuận, trao đổi giữa hai bên đối với từng công việc và giai đoạn cụ thể, Bên A sẽ hỗ trợ cho Bên B những vấn đề sau:
(i) Tạo điều kiện tham quan, nghiên cứu tại các điểm di tích trong Quần thể Di tích Cố đô Huế, nơi có đề xuất khảo sát và nghiên cứu.
(ii) Cử cán bộ có trình độ chuyên môn phù hợp để tham gia hợp tác nghiên cứu với Bên B trong suốt quá trình triển khai các hoạt động.
(iii) Giới thiệu một số nghệ nhân, nhóm thợ và xưởng sơn mài truyền thống có uy tín và kinh nghiệm nhằm cung cấp thông tin về kỹ thuật và quy trình sản xuất sơn mài truyền thống.
(iv) Trao đổi nghiên cứu và tư vấn về kỹ thuật và quy trình sản xuất sơn mài truyền thống tại di tích Huế.
1.3 Bên B có trách nhiệm thực hiện các yêu cầu sau:
(i) Có kế hoạch chung về chương trình hợp tác nghiên cứu gửi cho Bên A để cùng phối hợp thực hiện, trong đó nêu rõ về thời gian, mục đích, nội dung, nhân sự, kinh phí và những đề nghị hỗ trợ cần thiết; và kế hoạch chi tiết của từng đợt nghiên cứu khảo sát tại di tích Huế. Bản kế hoạch này phải gửi trước cho Bên A ít nhất 02 tháng trước thời gian thực hiện khảo sát, nghiên cứu.
(ii) Bên B được phép thực hiện nghiên cứu về sơn mài truyền thống tại di tích Huế trong thời gian đã ký kết, sau thời gian nói trên, nếu Bên B muốn gia hạn thì phải có các văn bản đề nghị và được sự đồng ý của Bên A.
1.4 Bên B được phép thuê hoặc lựa chọn đơn vị thi công theo tư vấn, giới thiệu của bên A để thực hiện các sản phẩm nghiên cứu; Bên B chịu trách nhiệm công việc do đơn vị thi công này thực hiện, có hỗ trợ của cán bộ kỹ thuật của Bên A khi có yêu cầu.

(ii) Side B is allowed to perform research on the traditional lacquer Hue monuments at the time signed, after the aforementioned time, if Party B would like to extend to the proposed text and the consent of A Party.1.4 Side B is allowed to hire the contractor selection or by consulting, introduction of A party to perform product research; Party B is responsible for the work by the contractor performs, has the support of A Party's technical staff when required.

1.3 Party B shall perform the following requirements:
(i) There are general plans for collaborative research program sent to Party A for coordinated implementation, stating the time, purpose, content, staffing, funding and support necessary proposals; and detailed plans of intermittent survey monuments in Hue. This plan must be sent to Party A at least 02 months before the survey time, study.
(ii) Party B is not allowed to conduct research on traditional lacquer relics in Hue during the signed finals, after that period, if Party B wants an extension, there must be the written proposal and the consent of Party A.
1.4 Party B may hire or selection units under construction consulting, introduction Party A to carry out the research; Party B is responsible for the work performed by the construction company performs, with support from the technical staff of Party A as required.
