2.2.1. Các tiêu chí đánh giá PTBV
Cấp quốc gia: Các chỉ tiêu giám sát và đánh giá phát triển bền vững Việt Nam giai đoạn 2011-2020 ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 432/QĐ-TTg ngày 12 tháng 4 năm 2012 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.
Vùng KINH Tế TRọNG ĐIểM
PTBV kinh tế vùng: Tăng trưởng kinh tế; mật độ kinh tế trên vùng ; hiệu quả sử dụng vốn đầu tư (ICOR); năng suất lao động; tỷ trọng đóng góp của các nhân tố đầu vào cho tăng trưởng.
PTBV xã hội vùng: Tỷ lệ nghèo và khoảng cách giàu nghèo; tỷ lệ thất nghiệp; tỷ lệ lao động qua đào tạo.
BVMT vùng: Suy giảm trữ lượng và chất lượng nguồn nước mặt, nước ngầm; suy thoái chất lượng môi trường không khí; tỷ lệ chất thải rắn được xử lý, phân loại tại các khu đô thị; tỷ lệ nước thải; tỷ lệ chất thải khu công nghiệp, chất thải y tế được xử lý, phân loại.

National Level: The monitoring indicators and assessment of sustainable development for 2011-2020 Vietnam issued with Decision No. 432 / QD-TTg dated April 12, 2012 of the Prime Minister Government.
The key economic
region economy sustainable development: economic growth; economic density in the region; effective use of investment capital (ICOR); labor productivity; the contribution of input factors for growth.
Socially Sustainable Development: Poverty incidence and poverty gap; unemployment rate; the proportion of trained workers.
LEP areas: Impairment reserves and quality of surface water, groundwater; environmental degradation of air quality; the percentage of solid waste is processed, classified in urban areas; wastewater rate; proportion of industrial waste, medical waste is processed, classified.
