Sau khi bàn bạc, hai bên đi đến thống nhất:
Căn cứ vào thời hạn thanh toán tại điều 7, hợp đồng số 2015-15-06 ngày 03.12.2015
Căn cứ vào tình hình thực tế:
TRong quá trình lắp đặt, chạy thử máy GUNDR thì phát hiện một chi tiết của máy có trục trặc kỹ thuật.
Dẫn tới máy chưa thể đưa vào hoạt động như dự kiến ban đầu.
Hai bên đồng ý gia hạn thời gian thanh toán thêm 01 (một) tháng nữa kể từ ngày đến hạn: tức là ngày 11.02.2016.
Đến thời hạn thanh toán, nếu bên bán vẫn chưa khắc phục được lỗi kỹ thuật của máy thì bên mua sẽ trả dần tiền vào các lần bên bán sang sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng máy.
