2.2.2 Phương thức thanh toán: Thanh toán bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản qua Ngân hàng.

2.2.3 Bên A thanh toán cho bên B:

Đợt 1: Ngay sau khi kí hợp đồng bên A thanh toán cho bên B:

Đặt cọc : 50.000.000 vnđ
Nâng, hạ : 4.000.000 vnđ
Vận chuyển : 6.000.000 vnđ
Thuế VAT : 1.000.000 vnđ
Tổng giá trị thanh toán là : 61.000.000 vnđ
Đợt 2: Bên A sau khi nhận được hóa đơn GTGT có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho bên B số tiền thuê hàng tháng vào ngày thứ 6 tuần thứ 2 của tháng tiếp theo. (Trường hợp không tròn tháng sẽ tính theo thực tế số ngày sử dụng để xuất hóa đơn GTGT )
Đợt 3: (Đợt cuối) Bên A sẽ thanh toán phí thuê container dựa trên quyết toán số ngày thực tế sử dụng vào tháng cuối cùng thuê container.
2.2.4 Trường hợp bên thuê trả lại cont trước thời hạn so với mục 3.1 thì bên B vẫn tính phí thuê bằng thời gian tối thiểu.
2.2.5 Trong trường hợp kéo dài thời gian thuê container, bên B sẽ tính phí thuê theo ngày. Tổng mức phí thuê ngày không vượt quá phí thuê tháng.
2.2.6 Sau 15 ngày kể từ khi bên A tất toán các chi phí theo quyết toán do 2 bên lập ra thì bên B sẽ chuyển trả lại cho bên A số tiền đã đặt cọc.
2.2.7 Các chi phí phát sinh như tiền sửa chữa( do quá trình sử dụng gây ra hư hỏng – nếu có) sẽ được lập quyết toán và bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho bên B hoặc trừ vào tiền cược.
Điều 3: Địa điểm giao hàng, thời gian giao hàng, và thu hồi

3.1 Thời gian thuê tối thiểu : 06 tháng
3.2 Địa điểm giao hàng : Tại KCN LG Tràng Duệ - An Dương – Hải Phòng
3.3 Thời gian giao hàng: 01 ngày sau khi bên A thanh ký hợp đồng.
3.4 Thời gian thu hồi dự kiến:14 tháng 04 năm 2017
Điều 4: Trách nhiệm của bên A
4.1 Bên A có trách nhiệm bố trí cán bộ cùng bên B bàn giao hàng hóa.
4.2 Bên A có trách nhiệm kiểm tra đầy đủ hàng hoá do bên B cung cấp và nếu có vướng mắc phát sinh thì phải có trách nhiệm cùng với bên B giải quyết.
4.3 Nếu quá thời gian giao hàng 02 ngày mà bên A chưa lấy container, bên A sẽ phải chịu chi phí lưu bãi là: 100.000 VNĐ(Chưa VAT)/ 01 container/ 01 ngày đối với số lượng container mà hai bên đã thỏa thuận thuê và cho thuê theo hợp đồng này. Nếu quá 30 ngày kể từ thời điểm giao hàng ghi trên hợp đồng, mà bên A từ chối nhận hàng thì bên A không được hoàn trả lại số tiền nâng, hạ, phí thuê tháng đầu tiên và hợp đồng mặc nhiên hết hiệu lực.
4.4 Bên A phải tuân thủ đầy đủ các điều khoản thanh toán theo quy định tại Điều 2 nói trên.
4.5 Bên A phải thông báo trước 07 ngày bằng văn bản (fax, email) cho bên B về thời gian chấm dứt thuê container để bên B có thời gian sắp xếp bố trí cán bộ bàn giao hàng hóa.
Điều 5: Trách nhiệm của bên B
5.1 Bên B có trách nhiệm cung cấp hàng hoá đầy đủ, đúng quy cách chất lượng, các tài liệu, chứng từ liên quan đến lô hàng và hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng(nếu có) cho bên A.
5.2 Cùng bên A bố trí cán bộ lập biên bản nghiệm thu về số lượng, chủng loại sản phẩm và đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm.
5.3 Bên B có trách nhiệm hoàn trả tiền cọc theo điều 2.2.6
Điều 6: Vận chuyển hàng hóa:
6.1 Bên A thông báo cho bên B thời gian giao hàng và địa điểm giao hàng qua email, fax, điện thoại.
6.2 Bên A thông báo cho bên B các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật hoặc an toàn đối với phương tiện vận chuyển, nâng hạ qua email, fax, điện thoại và người giao hàng, lái xe, phụ xe để bên B bố trí phương tiện phù hợp với địa điểm giao hàng. Bên B sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về các chậm trễ do những vấn đề này phát sinh.
6.3 Bên A xin giấy phép vào, ra đường cấm, chỉ dẫn cho phương tiện vận chuyển và nâng hạ của bên B vào, ra trên các tuyến đường dẫn tới nơi hạ container được thuận tiện, hợp lý.

6.5 Đảm bảo mặt bằng, đường dẫn cho phương tiện vận tải và nâng hạ có thể thao tác thuận tiện. Đảm bảo phương tiện nâng hạ của bên B không bị cản trở việc nâng, hạ vào ra khỏi công trường bởi các đơn vị nâng hạ khác.
6.6 Bên B vận chuyển hàng hóa tới công trình của bên A tại KCN LG Tràng Duệ - An Dương – Hải Phòng
6.7 Trường hợp phương tiện vận tải và nâng hạ của bên B tới địa điểm giao hàng quá 4h (bốn giờ) theo thông báo của bên A mà bên A chưa thể bố trí tiếp nhận thì bên B bắt đầu tính lưu ca cho phương tiện vận chuyển và nâng hạ với mức phí là 1.500.000 vnđ/8h/phương tiện vận chuyển và 2.000.000 vnđ/8h/phương tiện nâng hạ.
6.8 Nếu vị trí hạ container mà bên A yêu cầu phương tiện vận chuyển và nâng hạ của bên B không thể thao tác được thì bên B sẽ cùng bên A tìm ra vị trí gần nhất có thể s
