Thứ ba, tăng cường giám sát hoạt động của doanh nghiệp nhà nước. Một số giải pháp khác bao gồm triển khai đề án tái cơ cấu từng tập đoàn, tổng công ty và doanh nghiệp nhằm nâng cao năng suất, hiệu quả sử dụng vốn và năng lực cạnh tranh; sắp xếp, đổi mới doanh nghiệp nhà nước theo hướng đẩy mạnh đa dạng hoá sở hữu và chú trọng cổ phần hoá các doanh nghiệp nhà nước. Tính đến tháng 8/2013, Chính phủ đã phê duyệt 17 đề án tái cơ cấu của các tập đoàn, tổng công ty; các Bộ quản lý ngành đã phê duyệt 31 đề án tái cơ cấu các tổng công ty trực thuộc Bộ. Về sắp xếp, đổi mới doanh nghiệp nhà nước, Chính phủ đã phê duyệt 100/101 phương án sắp xếp, đổi mới doanh nghiệp của các Bộ, ngành, địa phương giai đoạn 2011-2015. Theo lộ trình, Việt Nam sẽ cổ phần hoá tổng số 432 doanh nghiệp nhà nước từ nay đến năm 2015.

About arrangement, renovation of State enterprises, the Government has approved 100/101 option arrangements, business innovation of the ministries, local period 2011-2015. According to the roadmap, Vietnam will total 432 holdings State enterprise from now to 2015.

As of May 8/2013, the Government has approved 17 schemes restructuring of corporations and corporations; Line ministries and approved 31 proposals to restructure the corporation under the Ministry. Regarding acquisitions, innovation SOEs, the government has approved the plan of arrangement 100/101, business innovation of the ministries, branches and localities in 2011-2015. As scheduled, Vietnam will equitization of SOEs from 432 to 2015.
