 Sau khi bàn bạc hai bên nhất trí cùng ký kết hợp đồng đại lý với nội dung và các điều khoản sau đây:

Điều 1: Điều khoản chung

Bên B nhận làm đại lý bao tiêu cho Bên A các sản phẩm [TEN SAN PHAM] mang nhãn hiệu: [TEN NHAN HIEU] và theo đăng ký chất lượng số: [SO DANG KY CHAT LUONG] do Bên A sản xuất và kinh doanh. Bên B tự trang bị cơ sở vật chất, địa điểm kinh doanh, kho bãi và hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm tất cả hàng hóa đã giao trong việc tồn trữ, trưng bày, vận chuyển. Bên B bảo đảm thực hiện đúng các biện pháp tồn trữ, giữ được phẩm chất hàng hóa như Bên A đã cung cấp, đến khi giao cho người tiêu thụ. Bên A không chấp nhận hoàn trả hàng hóa do bất kỳ lý do gì (ngoại trừ trường hợp có sai sót về sản phẩm).

Điều 2: Phương thức giao nhận

Bên A giao hàng đến cửa kho của Bên B hoặc tại địa điểm thuận tiện do Bên B chỉ định. Bên B đặt hàng với số lượng, loại sản phẩm cụ thể [SO LUONG, LOAI SAN PHAM] bằng thư, fax, điện tính.

- Chi phí xếp dỡ từ xe vào kho của Bên B do Bên B chi trả (kể cả chi phí lưu xe do xếp dỡ chậm).

after discussions agreed with the contract agent with content and the following terms:

Article 1: general terms

Party B receiving agent how to party A's products [TEN SAN P] label: [TEN GAMING HIEU] and under the sign of quality: [SO DANG KY CHAT LUONG] due to party A production and business. Side B self equipped facility, warehouse, business locations and is solely responsible for all of the goods were delivered in the storage, display, transportation. Side B ensure proper implementation of measures stock, keep the quality of the merchandise as A Party have to offer, right up until delivery to the consumer. A party does not accept returned merchandise due to any reason (except in case of failure of the product)

article 2: method of delivery

Party A delivery to the door of the warehouse Parties B or at convenient locations due to Side B. Side B of order with the quantity, type of product-specific [THAN LUONG, ... of SAN P] by mail, fax, your computer.
