• Bước 1: kiểm tra kích thước:
- Kiểm tra kích thước tường được mở theo đúng kích thước của tủ (theo bản vẽ sản xuất)
- Kiểm tra cao trình phương ngang và phương đứng và thẳng góc của ô tường.
• Bước 2: lắp đặt thùng tủ áo
- Lắp đặt định hình thùng tủ & chân tăng tại công trình.
- Đưa thùng vào vị trí, cân chỉnh thằng bằng tang.
• Bước 3: lắp đặt cánh, hộc tủ & phụ kiện
- Định vị vị trí lắp đặt bản lề, ray trượt, thanh chống mo, thanh treo áo…
- Lắp đặt bản lề, ray trượt phải hết sức cẩn trọng và tỉ mỉ vì đây là công đoạn quyết định rất nhiều đến chất lượng tủ như vận hành tốt, độ vênh, thẩm mỹ.
• Bước 4: lắp đặt nẹp chỉ, bắn silicone các góc cạnh
- Lắp đặt các nẹp chỉ che khe hở giữa tủ với tường, trần thạch cao, lien kết bằng đinh
- Bắn silicone các khe hở nhỏ


4.3.4. Các bước lắp đặt tủ lavabo
• Bước 1: kiểm tra kích thước:
- Kiểm tra kích thước tường được mở theo đúng kích thước của tủ (theo bản vẽ sản xuất)
- Kiểm tra cao trình phương ngang và phương đứng và thẳng góc của ô tường.
• Bước 2: lắp đặt khung sắt mạ kẽm
- Định vị các vị trí khoan lỗ liên kết trên tường.
- Liên kết khung sắt mạ kẽm với tường bằng tắc kê sắt mạ kẽm 100mm_D8mm (Thanh trên) với khoảng cách giữa 2 tắc kê sắt 300mm
- Liên kết khung sắt mạ kẽm với tường bằng tắc kê nhựa 50mm_D10mm (Thanh dưới)







• Bước 3: lắp đặt thùng
- Định vị và lắp đặt các bát treo ( bát treo Hafele)
- Đưa thùng vào vị trí, cân chỉnh và liên kết với bát treo
- Liên kết thùng với khung sắt bằng vít

• Bước 4: lắp đặt thùng tủ bếp dưới
- Đưa thùng vào vị trí, cân chỉnh và liên kết các khối (modun) thùng bằng vít
• Bước 5: lắp đặt mặt đá (Do nhà thầu CDT thi công)
- Lắp đặt mặt đá bếp theo thiết kế.
- Khoét lỗ các vị trí mặt đá cho chậu rửa, vòi…
• Bước 6: lắp đặt cánh, hộc tủ & phụ kiện
- Định vị vị trí lắp đặt bản lề, ray trượt…
- Lắp đặt bản lề, ray trượt phải hết sức cẩn trọng và tỉ mỉ vì đây là công đoạn quyết định rất nhiều đến chất lượng tủ như vận hành tốt, độ vênh, thẩm mỹ.
• Bước 7: Lắp đặt nẹp chỉ (nếu có), bắn silicone các góc cạnh

4.3.5. Kiểm tra và bàn giao
- Dọn dẹp vật tư thừa, vệ sinh mặt bằng trước khi bàn giao
- Độ êm ái, trơn tru khi vận hành thử.
- Độ kín khít khi cửa đóng mở (1mm/1m)
- Vị trí của phụ kiện theo bản vẽ.
- Chất lượng của phụ kiện khi vận hành thử
4.4. Công tác lắp kính tủ bếp
• Bước 1: kiểm tra kích thước, mặt bằng.
- Kiểm tra kích thước kính khớp với ô tường ( theo bản vẽ sản xuất)
- Kiểm tra độ phẳng của bề mặt tường, tường phải được sơn nước ít nhất 1 lớp.
- Lưu ý hạng mục lắp mặt đá và tủ bếp phải hoàn tất trước khi lắp kính.
• Bước 2: lắp đặt kính với tường bằng silicone
- Lưu ý chọn loại silicone trung tính phù hợp cho việc dán khổ kính lớn
- Bắn các đường silicone dày 5-10mm viền xung quanh mặt lưng tấm kính
- Bắn các đường keo silicone đứng dọc theo mặt lung kính với khoảng cách các đường keo 200mm.
- Sử dụng dụng cụ tay hít kính để đưa kính vào vị trí.
- Ép chặt kính vào tường để silicone liên kết chặt với tường
- Có biện pháp giữ tấm kính trong thời gian silicone khô và đạt đến sự cố kết từ 8-12h bằng băng keo dán, nẹp gỗ.
• Bước 3: vệ sinh keo dư & bắn silicone xung quanh tại các vị trí tiếp giáp với tủ.


D. Tiến độ thi công
Qua nghiên cứu hồ sơ thiết kế của công trình, kết hợp với các khả năng và kinh nghiệm thi công các dự án tương tự trong những năm qua, chúng tôi xây dựng tiến độ thi công phù hợp với quy mô công trinh
1. Thời gian làm việc
Thời gian làm việc tại công trường: 08 giờ/ ca.
Thời gian thi công : theo tiến độ thi công
2. Các giải pháp đẩy nhanh tiến độ:
• Xây dựng hệ thống cơ cấu tổ chức từ Công ty đến Ban chỉ huy công trường tới các Tổ thi công và người lao động một cách mạch lạc, xuyên suốt. Phân công chức năng nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn, trách nhiệm, lợi ích rạch ròi từng khâu đủ hiệu lực để kiểm soát và xử lý sản xuất (Tiến độ – Chất lượng);
• Cân đối một cách toàn diện các mặt ở công trường về khối lượng, thời gian, con người, vật tư, xe máy, thiết bị để xây dựng kế hoạch sản xuất hợp lý và có kế hoạch dự phòng cho tất cả các yếu tố cấu thành trong sản xuất;
• Về nhân lực : thông qua tiến độ, khối lượng công việc thực hiện dựa trên định mức,xác định số lượng công nhân để bố trí, tổ chức sản xuất hợp lý cho từng công việc, đồng thời có kế hoạch dự phòng làm thêm ca, tăng nhân lực;
• Về thời gian : ban chỉ huy công trường bám sát tiến độ đề ra, chủ động linh hoạt điều chỉnh tiến độ hợp lý trên công trường và báo cáo cho công ty để kịp thời điều chỉnh lại kế hoạch cung cấp vật tư, xe máy thiết bị;
• Về vật tư : sẽ đưa ra tiến độ vật tư bao gồm công tác trình duyệt và cung cấp, đảm bảo việc cung cấp vật tư đúng số lượng, chất lượng và thời gian yêu cầu không làm ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ thi công công trình.
E. Biện pháp nghiệm thu công trình
Công tác nghiệm thu thực hiện theo đúng quy định của Nhà nước :

- Biên bản nghiệm thu từng giai đoạn;
