Thu hút vốn đầu tư nước ngoài vào Việt Nam, tạo ra nhiều công ăn việc làm, hình thành năng lực sản xuất mới để tận dụng các cơ hội xuất khẩu và tham gia các chuỗi giá trị trong khu vực và toàn cầu do TPP đem lại.
hỗ trợ tích cực cho quá trình tái cơ cấu và đổi mới mô hình tăng trưởng, sẽ có tác dụng rất tốt để hoàn thiện thể chế kinh tế cũng như tăng cường cải cách hành chính.
