Bên A biết và chấp nhận Sun Flower

Bên A biết và chấp nhận Sun Flower Media Company không trực tiếp in ra các cấn phẩm nêu trong Điều 1 nêu trên, mà do một bên thứ ba tiến hành. Sun Flower Media Company không kiểm soát được chất lượng in ra của thành phẩm. Mặc dù Sun Flower Media Company sẽ cố gắng bảo đảm chất lượng in của sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn hợp lý do Bên A yêu cầu. Trong trường hợp sản phẩm in cuối cùng không đạt tiêu chuẩn như yêu cầu của Bên A, và đây không phải là lỗi của Sun Flower Media Company, Sun Flower Media Company sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường dưới bất cứ hình thức nào và Sun Flower Media Company sẽ không chấp nhận bất cứ khiếu nại đòi bồi thường nào.
Khi xảy ra tranh chấp liên quan đến các điều khoản hoặc việc diễn giải các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này, Các Bên đồng ý sẽ cố gắng giải quyết hợp lý tranh chấp thông qua thương lượng và hòa giải, có thể cả bằng cách chỉ định một trọng tài độc lập để giải quyết tranh chấp trước khi mang tranh chấp ra phân xử tại hệ thống Tòa án Nhân dân tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Trong trường hợp phải nhờ tòa phân xử, quyết định của Tòa án Nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh là chung thẩm và các Bên sẽ phải tuần theo.
Hợp đồng này và toàn bộ thông tin nằm trong hợp đồng, dù thuộc dạng văn bản nháp, bản gốc, hay đang được thực hiện, đều là nội dung tuyệt mật. Khi chưa được sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Sun Flower Media Company, hợp đồng và nội dung hợp đông này không được phép tiết lộ, truyền tin, hay cung cấp cho bất cứ bên thứ ba nào, bằng bất cứ phương tiện truyền thông nào. Bên A đồng ý rằng việc vi phạm điều khoản này sẽ được xem là hành vi phá vỡ toàn bộ hợp đồng này và Sun Flower Media Company có toàn quyền đòi bồi thường thường cho những thiệt hại hay tổn thất xảy ra do hành vi nói trên.
