Bao gồm các button: Thêm, Xóa, Sửa, sau khi nhấn vào một trong các button Thêm, Xóa, Sửa thì hai button Đồng ý và Hủy sẽ xuất hiện để hỏi người dùng đồng ý để hoàn tất hoặc hủy bỏ thao tác.

- Button Thêm: thêm học sinh mới vào cơ sở dữ liệu.
• Nếu chưa điền đầy đủ dữ liệu, khi bấm Thêm sẽ xuất hiện lỗi
• Nếu đã điền đầy đủ thông tin, khi bấm Thêm thì 2 button Đồng ý và Hủy sẽ sáng.
 Chọn Hủy để hủy bỏ thao tác
 Chọn Đồng ý: nếu tuổi không đúng quy định (tuổi quy định từ 15 đến 20), thì báo lỗi cho người dùng để nhập lại. Nếu không có lỗi thì sẽ tiến hành thêm học sinh xuống cơ sở dữ liệu.

- Button Xóa: xóa thông tin học sinh ra khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu
• Nếu học sinh đã được xếp lớp thì khi bấm Đồng ý để xóa sẽ báo lỗi.
• Nếu học sinh chưa được xếp lớp thì bấm Đồng ý sẽ xóa thông tin học sinh đó khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu..

- Button Sửa: cập nhật thông tin học sinh.
• Nếu thông tin tên, địa chỉ không thì sẽ báo lỗi, nếu không trống thì button Đồng ý và Hủy sáng, nhấn Đồng ý thì sẽ lưu xuống cơ sở dữ liệu, nhấn Hủy để hủy bỏ thao tác.
• Nếu thông tin ngày sinh sai quy định, khi bấm Sửa và button Đồng ý và Sửa sáng, sau khi chọn Đồng ý thì sẽ báo lỗi.

4. Giao diện quản lí lớp môn học
Khi nhấn vào menu Quản lí lớp và môn học, giao diện xuất hiện bao gồm các button: Thêm, Xoá, Sửa ở hai vùng danh sách.
- Danh sách bên trái bao gồm các thông tin của lớp như: mã lớp, tên lớp, sỉ số.
- Danh sách bên phải bao gồm các thông tin của môn học như: mã môn, tên môn học, hệ số môn.
- Trường thông tin cần nhập gồm:
• Tên khối, tên lớp, khóa học.
• Mã môn, tên môn.
