• Bên B có trách nhiệm giao hàng đú

• Bên B có trách nhiệm giao hàng đúng theo điều 3 của hợp đồng. Nếu không đúng thời gian phải báo ngay cho bên A và nhận được sự chấp thuận của bên A. Giao hàng không đúng hạn bên B sẽ bị phạt 1% cho 01 ngày trễ hạn và không quá 3 ngày.
