18.2.Người lao động có thể thoả thuận với người sử dụng lao động về việc nghỉ phép năm tối đa 3 ngày 1 lần và phải làm xong thủ tục nghỉ phép năm trước 7 ngày và bàn giao công việc cho nhân viên làm thay.
18.3. Lao động được tuyển theo thời vụ hoặc tính chất tạm thời không được tính phép năm.
