Sau khi đọc và tìm hiểu về Module 6 của chương trình đào tạo IPC, tôi nhận thấy rằng là một giáo viên nói chung đều cần đạt được đạo đức của nghề, tính chuyên nghiệp trong lĩnh vực mình giảng dạy. Đối với tôi, là một người giáo viên mầm non, tiêu chuẩn đạo đức được đặt lên hàng đầu, nó ảnh hưởng trực tiếp tới trẻ em. Tôi đồng y với khái niệm sau về đạo đức: đạo đức nói chung đề cập đến vấn đề cái đúng và cái sai; đạo đức đề cập đến việc bám theo các chuẩn mực hành vi được chấp nhận; đạo đức quy định các nguyên tắc chỉ đạo về cách mà một người nên cư xử trong tình huống cụ thể. Đối với nghề mầm non đạo đức cần có: yêu nghề mến trẻ, chấp hành đúng các tiêu chuẩn của nhà nước về nghành giáo dục mầm non. Tính chuyên nghiệp trong nghề cần được đáp ứng theo để nâng cao khả năng chuyên môn, xây dựng tư duy và hình ảnh đẹp về nghề giáo viên. Giáo viên cần không ngừng học tập , tìm hiểu và sáng tạo để có thể phát triển bản thân
